Villa Domus Camaiore

Single villa located on the hills of Camaiore, furnished with all modern facilities for those who like luxury, privacy and safety.
This villa is set on the crown of a small hill and surrounded by pine woods, beautiful gardens and olive groves.
It overlooks the Camaiore valley and its centre, which you can reach in just 15 minutes walk.
A video surveillance system is activated in all the perimeter of the property and an alarm system protects the house.
The parking area is very large and two places are covered. Large covered veranda under stone arches, equipped with table and chairs for dinners al fresco, precious windows in wrought iron and coloured glasses, wooden floors. Several sitting and relaxing corners in the garden, such as marble tables and iron chairs, benches in the typical Tuscan outdoor theatre, tables and chairs as well at the BBQ as at the pizza oven and around the salt-water swimming pool (12 x 6 m, depth 1.20 to 2.20m).
Entering the house you feel like in a medieval castle, with the walls made of natural stone. On your right side you have the dining room with fireplace and the kitchen. On the left there is one bedroom with an encl. huge bathroom. The living room is large, airy and bright with its five large windows offering a beautiful view of Camaiore and of the surrounding hills and valley. On the one side of the room there is a big wooden table, as on the other side, next to the marble stairs enriched with a precious wrought iron banister, are comfortable sofas and armchairs for up to 8 persons in front of the sat TV. On the first floor we have a large bedroom with double bed, balcony, air-conditioning and encl. bathroom; one room with French canopy bed and one air-conditioned twin bedroom with pc and wireless connection. Between those two bedrooms is a large bathroom and all those three rooms share a large balcony viewing our garden, equipped with table and armchairs.

The Villa was built by Ermete Zacconi, a famous Italian actor, in the first half of the 20th century. When we bought it we started big renewing works. Our house offers now all the modern conveniences, while retaining its unique charm. We own two clothing stores in the main central road of Camaiore and we really enjoy spending our free time in the property. Privacy & luxury (sorry if we already mentioned those benefits!)
You are really alone and no stranger eyes can see you as the hundred-year-old trees around the property grant you a complete seclusion even from noises. In fact the house at the border of the garden, not far from the pool is also our property and it is not inhabited. Moreover we used our wooden oven several times for making pizza and in the time we became real masters in making the real Italian Pizza. So if you would enjoy to spend some time together with us, we could come on Monday, make and let you taste our pizza. As we were born in this beautiful corner of Italy we would also like to let you taste the original local products (salami, organic vegetables, sheep cheese and of course the local wines). In case you prefer the Tuscan T-bone- steak or a fish grill, this is also possible. Please just inform us before your arrival and we will organize everything.
