The villa offers all the necessary amenities for guests during their stay: towels, sheets, bath towels, cloths, cutlery, etc., all cleaned and sanitized for each stay. The villa has a small gate for pedestrians and a larger gate for cars and bikes.
Upon entering through the gate, you will find yourself immersed in the lush vegetation that characterizes the garden (which surrounds the entire house), equipped with numerous paved parking spaces. The garden also features lounge chairs.
After following one of the two paved paths in the garden that lead to the house, you will find a veranda with a large main glass table and a smaller secondary one, perfect for enjoying breakfasts, lunches, dinners, and moments of relaxation after a sunny day at the beach, all set in a splendid and elegant floral environment.
Once you enter through the main door/window (accessible from the veranda), you will find yourself in a spacious open-plan living room featuring high-quality classical/contemporary furnishings, all illuminated by pleasant natural light from the windows/doors overlooking the garden (and, of course, by lights/lamps that create artificial lighting). From the French door next to the dining table, you can access another veranda, also equipped with a large table, this area connects to the kitchen through a French door.
Continuing to the right of the living room, you will find an arched wall that divides the living area from the other rooms. The first is the kitchen, entirely made of aluminum with a wooden table in the center that serves as an island, equipped with all the necessary amenities and appliances for guests (coffee machine, kettle, oven, stove, microwave, fridge, freezer, etc.). To the right of the rear veranda of the house, there is also an outdoor shower within a separate small building. Next to it is a portico where guests can store the bikes provided by the house.
Continuing through the other rooms on the ground floor, you will find 3 bright bedrooms with TVs (2 spacious doubles and 1 single), each with a private bathroom (1 shower is not working, under maintenance) equipped with all necessary amenities, and one of these rooms also has a small living area with a French door leading to a small patio overlooking the garden.
Moving to the upper floor, accessible via the staircase opposite the kitchen door, you will find 4 bedrooms with large wardrobes (1 single, 1 with 2 beds, and the other 2 doubles), 2 with TVs, 2 with private bathrooms, and an additional bathroom located outside these rooms (total of 3 bathrooms). Among these 4 bedrooms, you will find the MASTER BEDROOM with a double bed, a small living area with a TV, and a private bathroom (already included in the 3 total) featuring a double sink for the heads of the family. Through the master bedroom, you can access the solarium after exiting through the arched French door and then climbing the spiral staircase on the right. Finally, you will find yourself in the splendid solarium surrounded by pots with hedges that protect the guest's privacy and sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing.
